It's my pleasure to be part of team of MITCFT as a professor & Principal. I wish to allow our students of B. Tech (Food Tech.), who desirous to enter the MIT family. The new millennium started with the challenges of globalization. To meet that challenge, all organizations are now redesigning their product & service polices. To cater for the need at this point in globalization, quality becomes a dominant factor of success in every sector of economy & this includes quality in the provision of education. MIT through its path breaking start has paved the way for all irrespective of nationality, race, color and religion who want to pursue food technological education.

Our relentless efforts will always continue to provide a good learning environment in college, to inculcate entrepreneurial skills among students makes them technocrats to face the challenges in food innovations, safety & security concerns of 21st century. Our quest for excellence over the years has built the state of art infrastructure and equipment made more efficient by the most dedicated and experienced faculty members. Our staff continually strive to update themselves to keep up with ever changing technology so as to help the students studying in our institute gain a sense of their own worth and emerge in the world as a competent scientific and technological personalities of due recognition. To achieve this end, we leave no stone unturned in inculcating into our students good habits and motivating them to have a deep sense of creativity, innovation & academic integrity and stimulating interest in exploring their potential for research & development.
