It's my privilege and pleasure to be part of team of MITCFT as a Principal. Being a Principal, I have strong belief to promote harmony, dedication and win-win scenario for everyone in college. To meet the challenge, all organizations are now redesigning their product and service polices. To cater for the need at this point in globalization, quality becomes a dominant factor of success in every sector of economy and this includes quality in the provision of education.

Our relentless efforts will always continue to provide a good learning environment in college. To inculcate entrepreneurial skills among students makes them technocrats to face the challenges in food innovations, safety and security concerns of 21st century. Our quest for excellence over the years has built the state of art infrastructure and equipment. Food processing refers to converting the raw ingredients into edible forms. Food technologists research and develop innovative products. We have a superb, dedicated, enthusiastic teaching team where the focus is always on the scientific and technical development of every student to reach to their potential. We inculcate in our students good habits and motivate them to have a deep sense of creativity, innovation and academic integrity which stimulates interest in exploring their potential for research and development.CII has forecasted about 90 lac opening in food processing sector in next decade.

I take this opportunity to convey my warmest greetings to you, and welcome you all to on behalf of the MIT College of Food Technology, Aurangabad. I am proud of being the Principal of such a wonderful institution dedicated to the causes of our contribution to the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s visionary and revolutionary “Start up India Stand up India” programme.
